SICOM Mining Services is a limited Company incorporated in Zambia. The company was established in 2021 with the sole purpose of venturing in Diamond Drilling Explorations (Surface and Underground), Dewatering and Geotechnical Holes, Civil and Construction Works.
The company is managed by a team with over 10 years work experience in the Mining Exploration drilling industry. The management of SICOM have international experience in countries as Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Peru and Mexico.
To ensure quality and satisfactory work, SICOM Mining Services proudly operates a modern fleet of purpose-built drill rigs and support equipment that are built to an engineering standard, compliment with major mining house requirements.

ANIBAL HUARACA
Managing Director
Mining Engineer holding a bachelor’s degree from the School of Mining Engineering of the National University of Engineering of Lima Peru, with more than 20 years of experience in underground and surface Mining operations. Anibal assumed senior Executive Positions as Chief Mining Officer and Chief Technical Officer in a prestigious Mine in Copper belt and as Chief Operation Officer in a large mining Operation in Democratic Republic of Congo.

Operations Manager
Mechanical Maintenance Technician with more than 20 years of experience in Operation Manager and Maintenance specialist in the Diamond drilling field in different countries as Peru and Zambia. assumed senior positions as Site Manager in several projects in Zambia.
JAVIER CHAMOLI
Maintenance Manager
Mechanical Maintenance Technician from the Technical School SENATI of Lima Peru, with more than 20 years of experience in Diamond Drilling Equipment fleet management. Javier as international experience in Peru, DRC, Mexico and Zambia,
SUSAN KATONGO
Administration Manager
Mrs. Susan Mwenya Katongo is our Zambian Director in charge of the Administration and Human Resource areas at SICOM MINING, she has more than 4 years’ experience in similar roles in other company.
DAVID NGOSA
Snr. Geotechnical Supervisor
Mr. Ngosa has more than thirty years’ experience in geotechnical positions in the Open Pit with ZCCM Ltd. KCM Pl- Nchanga Mine, Mutanda Mine-DRC and Barrick- Lumwana Mine. Acted as Snr Geotechnical Engineer at both KCM and Lumwana Mine. Mr. Ngosa holds: Certificate in Geotech, Rock and Civil with a major in Geotechnical Engineering by The Copperbelt University 1992. Certificate in Civil, Geotech with major in Geotechnical Investigations and Laboratory testing by MTTC – RSA 2003. Certificate in Geotech investigation and Laboratory Testing – University of Pretoria – RSA 2009
